BUYER BEWARE!!! My hard drive has melted down twice and the fan went out once, all in the first year. Sony finally agreed to make an exchange . . . supposedly, they are sending me the SZ680, but I haven't received it yet. This is very frustrating. I found that I paid for a 4 year extended warranty on my old laptop and have it in the shop right now. If if works good I will keep my old and sell the new.
